Pay Voluntary Annual Dues

Happy Canyon HOA annual dues are $40 per year and are voluntary. They are due each May.
The dues are used for Secretary of State filings, Zoom services, social gatherings, website, post office box, printing, and other expenses.

The great benefit of having the Happy Canyon Homeowners' Association is its official, legal standing with local and state municipal and governmental offices. HCHOA gives each property owner a strong, united voice when it comes to issues that may impact us. Thank you for supporting your community!
