A beautiful community of more than 200 homes, with a variety of architectural styles and a variety of residents to match. All stages of life are represented here - from young families with children to retirees.
Some have lived here less than a year, but most are long-time residents - including a few 50-year residents.

We live here to escape urban sprawl and congestion. Our views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak,
frequent wildlife visitors, and our wooded property in a natural setting make it easy to stay.

Happy Canyon Homeowners' Association (HCHOA) is a non-common interest Colorado nonprofit corporation in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. HCHOA has a voluntary Board of Directors, voluntary annual dues, and does not have covenants. Happy Canyon is in unincorporated Douglas County and is under the jurisdiction of the Board of County Commissioners and Douglas County Sheriff's Office. Happy Canyon properties are zoned Estate Residential. All HCHOA members and residents are under the authority of the Douglas County Zoning Resolution.
